Caffeine

The right dose, the right timing.

Caffeine tolerance builds fast, so the strongest effects come from using it sparingly. This dials in a single weekly dose scaled to your body weight, then tells you how much matcha or coffee delivers it.

Heads up. This dose is above 400 mg, the amount many health authorities flag as a lot for a single sitting. Even once a week, take it slowly, never on an empty stomach if you are unsure, and skip it entirely if you have heart issues, anxiety, or are pregnant.

The dose scales with your body weight. Light Buzz uses 0.75 mg per pound, Solid Buzz uses 1.1 mg per pound, and Euphoric uses 1.5 mg per pound. That top tier lines up with the roughly 3 mg per kilogram that research points to as caffeine's cognitive and mood sweet spot.

The conversions assume matcha at about 30 mg of caffeine per gram and coffee grounds at about 10 mg per gram in a normal brew. Real content varies by product, grade, and how you prepare it, so treat these as close estimates, not lab-exact numbers.

Because tolerance resets when you take breaks, spacing caffeine out to once a week is what keeps the euphoric tier actually euphoric. Daily use flattens the effect fast.
